Hello I signed up for MFP in July 2011 but really started using it on a daily basis the last couple of months!! I am looking for tips on excercise & good eating habits while on a budget... Also any healthy recipes you have would be great!! Thanks

HI!!
try utilising beans and lentils instead of meats once or twice a week. there are so many tasty recipes around and the nutritional benefits are amazing, they also go a really long way so you can have leftovers for lunch!
I never would have imagined my hubby would EVER have eaten a lentil, but he actually loves them now! So do the kidsand of course i do....they are soooo much cheaper than meat!!
