so i just want to know how well this trick works for y'all. i love it. if i'm craving something like french fries or hot chocolate i'll just pop a piece of gum in my mouth and the minty flavor left in my mouth makes me think everything will taste bad. LOVE this. how about you?

That is a fantastic idea! I usually just look up how many calories are in something prior to eating it. That turns me off of the food most of the time.0

I do the same thing! Actually I finish every meal by chewing a piece of gum now rather than having dessert. Let's me know I'm done and gives me a sweet fix. I really like the dessert delights gum.0
