Cybex Arc trainer

I need help understanding how to program the Arc trainer for my current fitness level. What is my current fitness level?

I aim for 150 bmp heart rate. Currently 252.2 lbs, I run the elliptical trainer for 45 minutes on the hill climb lvl 7. I burn nearly 600 calories for those 45 minutes. But I would like to switch to the arc trainer and want to know what setting would give me similar results. Anyone have some recommendations?

The arc trainer at our gym is for lower body only, if that is any help.

I have never been on the arc trainer, but would like to know a little about what the settings do, before I attempt it.
