Help, injury.

So I am wondering how you work out and get cardio in when you have an injury? A little background, six weeks ago I tore a ligament in my foot. I have been careful and it seemed back to normal. I went jogging last night and reinjured it, probably worse than before. I can't see my doctor until next Monday, so for now just rest and ice. I have been doing well with my weight loss and don't want to lose my momentum. Biking is out as well due to the rotation. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Sit ups, weight lifting, swimming (if you have access to a pool). Just some suggestions. Good luck and I hope your foot gets better soon!
  • I know it sounds boring, but you can always do the basic exercises.....like.....push up ( on your knees), tricep dips, crunches, glute squeezes, core rotations and anything involving the big yoga ball. Just remember, if it hurts, DON"T DO IT! Hope you feel better soon :)
