Jumping Pain

Finished day 3 of 30 Day Shred. Some parts of it were much easier, but others were so much harder. When I attempted the jumping jacks and jumping rope I had severe stabbing pain in my pelvic area. I absolutely couldn't do them! For the jumping rope, I tried rotating jjumping on each foot instead of jumping with both and that didn't hurt at all. Anyone ever experience this or know what I should do?
