I just finished Day 10 Level 2 tonight!!!! The results are actually measurable. There is a difference....even for a "bigger" girl like me!!! (And this is even with a ton of bloating and other issues going on right now)!!

I've lost some pounds but the first week I did it I gained weight and almost made me want to give up. But then it came off. I understand the pain. The ONLY thing that got me through the first 4-5 days was taking a hot hot hot shower shortly after the workout to deal with the muscle pain and fatigue. I highly recommend it!!!0 -
Have you lost any weight doing it. I will be on level 2 tonight and ive gained 3 lbs since I.started. I took measurements but dont want to do that again until the end. I feel better doing it but scales arent helping0

I gained 3 lbs too. I posted a topic on that because I get easily depressed and want to give up. A LOT of people said that its pretty common to gain weight when you start 30 DS because your muscles retain water due to the exercising. It took about a week or so and making sure it wasn't my food that was causing it for it to go away but stick with it!!!!0
