Just started this yesterday and i love it already. Im trying to lose my baby weight from baby #1. He is 6 months old now.......time flies! Not a lot of time for working out....i have equipment...just lacking time and motivation. I feel like when i have time to myself (rare), i just want to relax. And i swear im addicted to pepsi. :tongue:

    Welcome to MFP. I'm trying to shape up and lose weight after my pregnancy. My baby is now 10mths and you're right when you're not running around after them, it's sooooo nice to sit down and relax. However, I find my relaxation now comes in the form of a good walk, great for clearing your head after a hard day.

    I wish you all the very best here, feel free to friend me and I'll do my best to motivate you on days when you just dont feel like logging :)
