Hi, I joined MFP at the beginning of the year, but I always used it strictly for calorie counting. That obviously has not worked for me though since I have not kept any weight off! So here I go again. I want to lose about 35 pounds. I am 18 years old and going to school. I run 4-5 times a week already, so I need to focus on cutting back my calories, which has proven to be a struggle for me. I'm looking for supporters so I can stay on track and live a healthy lifestyle. :happy:
