Does anyone take Probiotic supplements or pills? Do you think they help and any recommendations on a brand?

The only probiotics I take are in yogurt. The 35 cal packs are a good sweet snack, low cal and a decent source of protein. Sometimes I have like 6 a day.0

I just upped my fiber intake. Gets rid of waste. Might be a better alternative for you.0

Try Kefir Milk, taste's amazing in a morning shake (w/ice & protein powder).....instead of soy which I try to avoid0

It depends why you are taking them. I have a friend that has IBS and "Align" really helps her with that condition because of the particular strand that it contains. If you're just looking for something as a supplement, there is so much hype around it right now, there are a ton of options.0
