I keep going over my protein but stay under my calories....is that bad? I know its prob a dumb question but im new at dieting this way..

I always go over mine but am usually under on the carbs and I feel good and am losing the pounds so I am not sure what diewt the limits are set at but for someone doing any weight lifting or resistence exercises, you can use some extra protein hth0 -

I'm having the same problem here. I just make sure that I drink my 8 glasses a day...which is very hard by the way

I know. I usually make it ot 5 glasses then im water logged. I find that by adding flavor like propel vitamin powder to my water makes it easier to do. Its only got 10 cal per pack.0
