Working off Shifts

I have noticed as I work my 12 hour shift that my schedule and regulated breaks are not allowing me a normal eating schedule. Of course what is normal about eating lunch at 11:00 PM? I find myself getting the right amount of calories, but sometimes it happens with one less meal in that 16 hour period. I can find no way to adjust this, so I am thinking maybe have to bigger meals and less snacks to achieve desired caloric intake? or some other way to arrange my meals? Anyone have opinions or suggestions when it comes to eating on a horrid graveyard shift?
