I found this by referral from a friend and Love it! I have just started my weightloss journey... I am 107kg and a size 18. I have four kids and look after my mother, and I work full time for my husband in our family business, so finding time to excercise and eat right is tough. I have joined a 24 hour gym and have made good use of it!
