Hello Everyone

Hi everyone - I'm new here today. Just looking to meet some people doing the same thing as me! I've tried all sorts of diets, but just get tired and depressed and give up. I think sometimes I have set my weekly goals too high and I have been demoralised by not achieving them, so I am here to be sensible about weight loss for once!

    you don't need a diet, you need a life change. If you look at it as a diet, you will fail. a change of life style, not that sounds like an adventure and you can do it.

    Welcome and Amen to that! He's right... once you set your mind to make a lifestyle change, it'll all fall into place - for me it was like someone hit me up side the head, ha ha! We're all in this adventure together and we can do it, dammit! hehe Best of luck to you on your new journey!!!
