how do u count for zumba in your exercise?

    There is a website, zumbacalorie.com that gives you a guestimate. I don't know how accurate it is though. Honestly, the best thing to do, IMO, is to get a heart rate monitor.

    ok so I went to zumba calorie counter.. but how do i put it on my exercise here?

    I made my own exercise and use that when i do Zumba.
