Hey everyone,

I need some advice - my weight has been jumping around like crazy over the past two or so weeks. I started off at 161 lbs and went down to 157.6 lbs (over the two weeks) but I find sometimes if I have a meal later in the evening or too much tea before bad (I know, it's bad! I love tea) I weigh more in the AM. I know the past few days my diet/new way of eating has been disturbed with a lack of veggies and lean protein, but an over abundance of carbohydrates therefore this could be water weight I am retaining but I am not sure. I feel frustrated. It took me less than 2 mths to gain this 15 lbs and it is going to take forever to lose it.

Am I having too much dairy?
Is it the late night snacks over the past few days?
Too much tea?
Not enough exercise? *I work out 3x a week

I need a lil advice to clear my frustrated head on what am I doing wrong.

I am not sure if you noticed but you answered your own problem. You said " I find sometimes if I have a meal later in the evening or too much tea before bad (I know, it's bad! I love tea) I weigh more in the AM." With that, it means those count against you so they make you weigh more in the morning. Eat right for the next 5 days and dont drink the TEA, I assure you that your body will maintain its accurate weight (minus those dreaded 3 pounds)! So with that said just keep working hard and getting back up, its not a failure until you stop trying!

I don't know the answer but I have the same problem as you.I lost 4 lbs last month and in just 1 week I regained 2 lbs. When you don't weigh too much it's harder to lose weight by exercising alone-only way is to go on some diet.Diet is like 90% responsible for weight loss.Exercise is for general well-being and turning fats into muscles.
