i workout everydya some
or try to
using dvds
and do some walking
but today i have pains in my shoulder
kinda like bruised andi had it in my legs the other day after a day of strength training on my health max pro ,doing my legs.
anyone know what this is
ps sorry bout the bad spelling . i type too fast

I assume by "had it in my legs the other day" means that has gone away? Have you just begun working out or increased your routines? It sounds like it may be delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) which usually peaks 1-2 days after your workout. Make sure you are taking the time to cool down and stretch and try some over-the-counter pain reliever (ibuprofen or aleeve {naproxen sodium}) to help ease the pain.
I hope this helps; I work in sports medicine, so I'm not just throwing answers out randomly!
