Hi, I've actually been using the site for a month or two now. I'm not looking to lose tons of weight. I LOVE my food and unfortunately the more calories it has the more I tend to love it!

I'm going on a mixed-sex group holiday for the first time in January and just want to feel a more comortable in my swimsuit in front of the others who are going.

It's been a real eye-opener to the amount of calories etc in some foods and just made me think a bit more about what I eat and, probably more importantly, the portion size.

I'm losing weight slowly but that's fine by me - it's in the right direction so I'm happy and I look at this as a long-term change in my eating habits.
