Good Morning Ladies!! I hope you had a GREAT day!

I would like to apologize for there being no daily exercises yesterday. There is still no posting for the exercises :grumble: On that note, I will be taking matters into my own hands!! :wink:

I will need the day and evening in order to create the exercises (which I will be posting every Monday morning for here on out), however, my task for all of you today is to run/walk/bike/elliptical/whatever an EXTRA 5k. By that I mean whatever you do, add the 5k to that distance! I know you can all do it!!

I will be working TIRELESSLY to get these up by tomorrow morning at the LATEST!!

    Thanks Summer!! I kept a log of the Sept challenge, so I just added that to my daily workout yesterday. Bushman style! I will go for a run tonight after work! :)

    An extra 5K today? I already do four miles a day, I'm not sure I can make it to 7 miles a day without working up to it. I'll try my best!

    Monday or Sunday, whichever is easier on you. As long as I get the number to me by Monday night :wink:

    Hello ladies!!

    Gary has gotten in touch with everyone. He has been dealing with a death, so he wasn't able to post. He said he will be posting the workouts EARLY tomorrow morning.

    Pardon my challenge newbie question, but do we post in here to report doing the daily workouts? I haven't checked the blog, but if there is a workout for today I'll do my best to do it tonight since I likely won't get many in during vacation.

    I don't know Gary personally, but sending thoughts and prayers his way!

    OCTOBER CHALLENGE
    WEEK 1 –PYGMY SERIES (Advanced)

    Week One Daily Exercise Challenge
    Each team member that completes their daily exercise challenge receives one point, if all team
    members complete each daily exercise for all 6 days the team is then awarded an additional 5 Bonus
    Points.

    Welcome to Week 2 you are the PYGYMY TRIBE it’s time to push yourself! Make modifications as
    necessary and use water bottles, soup cans or my favorite Tomato Juice cans as weights! They really do work!

    Day 1 - 1 minute bear walk, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 Crunches, 25 Split Squats, 1.5 mile walk, jog, run

    Day 7 – REST YOU DESERVED IT! BTW If you did all the walking congratulations you completed 4.5 miles. A 5k is only 3.1 Still sure you can’t do a 5K? Next week we’re going to see!

    IF YOU ARE FEELING TIRED AND SORE THAT IS TERRIFIC! THAT MEANS THAT WEAKNESS IS LEAVING

    YOUR BODY AND YOU ARE GETTING STRONGER! IF YOU FEEL NOTHING THEN YOU EITHER NEED TO INCREASE YOUR RATE OR WEIGHT OR MOVE TO BUSHMEN!

    I did a cheeky weigh in this morning and I al down 2lbs... (my TOM weight) so thats good!!
