A revolutionary idea

I have just stumbled upon a brilliant idea for losing weight while eating healthy AND still enjoying all the unhealthy foods you love so much.
I have decided that, in addition to eating and swallowing all the healthy food my body needs, I will chew the unhealthy food I crave and then just spit the resulting mess into the garbage without swallowing it. All the taste, none of the calories.
Well, maybe a few of the calories, depending on how much "juice" you swallow.
You're welcome!

There are actually people (with eating disorders) who do this!0

I've actually had that thought, but its really not the same. I tried it once with some juice, lol! Two sips later, I gave up on it0

Hey Folks,
Considering the fact there are a lot of members who use MyFitnessPal as a support resource to combat their eating disorder tendencies, I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread.
I realize this thread is probably in jest, but out of respect for those struggling with ED, let's avoid any posts that even jokingly promote ED behavior. Some folks are really doing all they can to avoid the behavior described here.
The forum rule we're brushing up against is:
18) No pro-anorexia or pro-bulimia posts. This includes signatures, profile names, and profile bylines. Eating Disorders are medical conditions requiring professional medical attention. MyFitnessPal does not permit the endorsement of any ED behavior, and strongly recommends that anyone suffering from the symptoms of Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia, or Compulsive eating make use of the resources offered by the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders. You may reach the ANAD hotline by phone in the US: 847-831-3438 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, Central Time) or on the web at http://www.anad.org/site/anadweb/
Thanks for your understanding.
