I'm baking this right now & my house smells so good. Can't wait to eat it! I'm going to top it with some Greek yogurt & maple syrup!

I'm not going to have time to make this in the morning so it's baking now to be reheated. I used 1% milk and egg beaters and plugged it into the database and it came out to around 300 calories per serving (6 servings baked in an 8x8 pan).

When I made it I used 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp of cinnamon and it was good but still needs more spice in my opinion. Next time I'll use a 3 tsp of pumpkin pie spice/cinnamon.

BUMP! Sounds Yummy! The fat and calorie content could be lowered even further by substituting 3 egg whites for the 2 whole eggs.
