Hi All,
I am struggling meeting my Net Calories Goal. If I don't meet it meaning I am coming under the recommended amount does that mean I will loose less weight? I generally do my workouts in the evening so and can burn 400-600 cals depending on what type of workout I do. And to get in an additional 300-400 cals that late is very difficult to me. As I try very had to stick to the 1200 cals during the day. Can someone break down this Net Calories Concept in Laymens terms for me?
