Yummy Breakfast Idea - 182 cals

I made this for breakfast this morning, and it was easy, fast, and yummy!

1 slice Sara Lee whole wheat bread (75 cals)
1 large egg (70 cals)
1 tbsp Kraft blue cheese crumbles (or any other shredded cheese you like) (37 cals)
Non-stick spray (negligible cals -- I don't count these because I'm not that obsessive anymore)
Salt
Pepper

Toast the slice of bread. Microwave the egg (yolk broken or scrambled) in a bowl sprayed with a little non-stick spray for about 1 minute. Put the tbsp of cheese on top of the hot toast, and put the hot egg on top of the cheese. Salt and pepper the egg to taste. Eat and enjoy!
