Another Beginning

I've fought this battle all of my life. I've lost count of my weight loss "beginnings." A friend of mine told me about this sight so I thought I would give it a try. I've never posted comments before with any other online programs I've tried. Maybe posting daily will be the extra motivation I need. I'm keeping my first goal simple - logging everything I eat for a full week, be it good or bad.

I totally hear ya on the many weight loss 'beginnings', but we can do this! I haven't done so great with logging my food, I've mainly logged exercise, so I will make that my goal this week too!
