    :smile: Good luck! I loved Insanity, but just could not commit the time to it right now. I can't wait to start it again though. I saw the quickest and biggest results when using this program.

    Another one here who LOVES Insanity. I did 4 rounds of it before moving on to The Asylum. I still do it on my cross training days.

    I'm starting Saturday!!!! So excited but so nervous - I've been slacking off for the past month after I finished P90X. Still working out but not as hard as I used to.
