Open your diary and I'll take a look.0

Weight loss isn't linear so assuming you aren't grossly under eating, continue what you're doing and it will start moving again0

Can't see your food/exercise diary but here are some general tips...
Do you weigh/meausre your food? Some folks tend to underestimate their portions by trying to eyeball. For some foods it's not a big deal but for others it could make a huge difference.
Do you track your sodium? Water retention can wreak havoc on that number on the scale. Even if you're within your calories, a high sodium day can throw you off for up to a week. On the same thought - make sure you're getting plenty of water.
Have you just started working out in the last week or two? You won't build that much muscle that quickly but your muscles will retain water as part of the healinv process when you start challenging them more (with new or different exercises).0
