Guys 30ds Pics

Hey Guys, I just started the 30ds myself and I would really like my hubby to do it with me. He use to love to workout out with me but hes lost all motivation. So I was hoping some of you guys could help me out. Post your results from the thirty day shred so I can show him what a difference 20 mins a day for 30 days can make. I know he wants to lose weight I just need to give him that extra push. Thank in advance guys!!! Ohhh also what pound weights did you use?

    I've only done Day 1 & 2. I go to the gym instead, and I put in more than 20 minutes of exercise a day. But when I did 30DS, I used 5lb weights.

    Also, when I did 30DS, I did Day 1, took a 15 minute break, then did Day 2. But I'm hardcore like that...

    My guy did 5 days worth and then quit. He got a workout from it though. he was using 10lb weights.

    Used 3lbs hand weights! The 1st 5 days of each level i did beginner version then last 5 days did advanced...
