Water intake

Curious, are we to track our water intake during exercise? Wouldn't this defeat the purpose since we're losing water during exercise? Am I wrong in this thinking?

I think you may be overthinking things. Just track water intake, and track exercise, and don't worry about the implications.0

I track all plain water.0

yea, track separately. You should be replenishing 15 oz of water for every 15 min of working out, fyi, to stay properly hydrated.0

I track all water-period. I aim for 10-12 glasses a day when I don't make it to the gym, and I definitely shoot for a minimum of 16 glasses (one gallon) on days I get to the gym because I am hardcore and do huge cardio workouts and lose a LOT of water.0
