So I just did some sprints on the treadmill but I have no idea how to log that in MFP. I was not able wear an HRM, just entered my weight in the treadmill but I don't really trust it. Anyone know what to do for this?

There is an entry for sprints, where you input your time and it calculates calories, or you can enter the amount the treadmill tells you. Not sure how accurate MFP is, since it doesn't ask for speed...But it's what I use. I figure it's an estimate, and we can't account for every single calorie in/calorie out. Any activity is better than no activity! Good luck to you!0

i usually guestimate.......if you feel like you gave it your all 5 to 6 different intervals then i usually add about 50 more calories.....also if you gave it your all for long intervals like 1-3 minutes each time i would at 75-100 more calories than your usual normal paced run. otherwise i wouldn't add it as a short decent sprint only adds about 3-10 more overall calories.0
