Hello All!

I am excited that I finally made the decision to slim down a bit. Generally we eat healthy, but this will zero in where my problem areas are. Running is my main fun exercise. I will be starting P90X in a couple of weeks too.

The REASON: I am getting Married in May 2012! Not only do I want to look good for our wedding photos, but I want us to start off HEALTHY! I am glad that my Fiance is a gym fanatic and eats heathly on a regular basis. (I am trying to get her to join here too especially since I haven't any friends on here.)

My goal weight is 165...I have 28 pounds to go~~~~~~:sick:

So that's about it.

    Congrats on your marriage plans! Use the iTouch or other device to log and you'll find it really easy on the go, instead of waiting til you get home. Plus this site is FREE and there is tons of support. Don't ignore the weights too. Your goal sounds really reasonable.

    Sounds AWESOME that you don't want to just look good for your special day, but you want your overall lifestyle to be about taking care of yourselves. Kudos to you and your fiancee about being on track and encouraging one another. I hope you also find encouragement and camararderie here on MFP. It's a great tool.

    I do have a gym memership, so eventually I will be plaing with weights again.
