 Hi everyone! I'm not exactly new to the site but just starting to use it regularly. anyone got any tips for staying motivated when the day settles and everyone is in bed or gone and your still up? I have the hardest time when the day is over, the kids are in bed and I'm waiting for my husband to get home!

Amy,
I can tell you that if you have a void in time (waiting for your hubby to get home), then work out. Try P90X or a jillian michaels video even if you only have 30 min at least your burning calories instead of eating empty calories. When i want to go out and drink, i just work out and remember that abs don't come from beer...LOL just my .02 cents Good Luck!0 -
My only advice is to log everything, everyday. And it sounds like that time between bedtime and husband coming home is perfect for a workout, or for checking out fitness topics or success stories on the forums.0

Amy,
Welcome to MFP the support system here is great. Besides working out during your kids in bed and waiting for hubby to get home, you can also read some of the blogs on this site. There are some great motivational stories and discussions about different exercise DVDs and such. Feel free to add me as a friend for motivational support. Goodluck on your weight loss journey!0
