    Just stuck to this website and joined a gym :) I only workout what I can maintain... nothing too crazy because that won't last.

    WOW....I had to look at the numbers again. I thought I was reading wrong on both pics!!! You carry weight well! I started at 306 and look double your size at the start! I was thinking I would look the size you are now is what I would be when I hit goal!

    Hi everyone! I started my journey in February and am now down about 70 lbs (even after a month of eating WHATEVER I wanted including buffets, mcdonalds, bk... ugh.)

    I like to keep these short so here it goes...
