toning question

first off i know there have probably been similar posts but i cannot search from here sooo......

second befor i ask YES I KNOW WHAT TONING IS AND YES I KNOW YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE BLAH BLAH BLAH...

aight now for the question now that those things have been said.....

so people have said that you need to tone along the way in order to not look funny etc.

so does anyone know a good website that you can make a toning workout plan from or can someone recomend one...i havent been toning so im new to this part so if you could be so kind to help it would be appreciated :D i know u have to tone everywhere or u will look funny also so i had to ask :D

    I'm not sure if this page is still up, but ive done it a couple of times and it feels awesome. do it on my lunch break usually.

    also, i like doing anything that works my obliques. i know theres no spot reduction in weight, but pregnancy did a number on my stomach muscles. strengethening them as well as my lower back as helped pull everything inward
