Inside of knee's?

I'm not sure if this is the place I need to post this... but I'm having random pain in my inner part of my left knee. Like where my knee's meet if I stand with everything together. It's like right at the break of my legs. I've never had this before. By chance would this have anything to do with my weight? Now mind you, I have not been working out for at least a month and have been sick for about 2 1/2 weeks with no appetitte till really today. I'm 5'5 and weigh 163. It's not super painful more of an annoying pain if that makes sense. Any thoughts? Or could it just be something else unrelated? TIA

Could be tendinitis. It's probably your MCL and not uncommon for pain with overweight people. Many overweight peoples knees come together even if their feet are far apart.0
