Breaking down the wall - - Eventually.

Hello Everyone-

In the last 3 years I have put on a good 40lbs and have been fighting with myself to finally turn it around. I have managed to put up my own wall that I can't seem to break down, and when I do, it doesn't last long.

I have enrolled in 4 different bootcamps and have finally started tracking my food. I have close friends and a lovely boyfriend that are more than willing to help support me through this, but it's me that keeps putting a stop to it.

I have decided to go on a 4 month health kick to help jump start my road to healthy weight loss and a happier more fiery spirit that seems to be hiding under all this excess fat. I am currently a good 175-180 and hope to get down to a healthy, sexy, beautiful 135.

I am putting my past behind me, and am ready to see what my future holds. I can't wait to be healthy and happy in my skin again!

It's been an incredible 3 years, I'm just ready to step it up. That wall needs to come down, it harms me more than anyone else. I set up an appointment with a specialist, so we will see how that goes. Thank you for the support!

The statement above is the only thing that bothers me. Remember, if you don't continue eating right and exercising you will gain the weight back. Good job deciding to make that change though. You can friend me for support if you'd like.

The reason for the hardcore 4 months is because I am heading to Costa Rica and would like to be comfortable - - I am not saying that I am going to stop, I am just going at it extremely aggressive currently.
