Hi this is probably a really easy thing to figure out once I get my head round it but I'm sitting trying to figure how the work outs well work out :embarassed:

I get that A and B exercises are stand alone whereas A1/2 & B1/2 sets are to be alternated between. What I don't get (and don't laugh) is why in the Workout A and workout B routines there is workout 1,2; 3,4 etc this might b ereally stupid but I have a crappy cold  and my brain just won't bend round anything today.

Lastly just to check, you pick your own level of the squat, push up etc that you're comfortable with yeah? :ohwell: I wish there was a smiley with steam coming out of its ears

I don't quite get what you are asking. *insert steam coming out of ears here*

For sure only do exercise levels you are comfortable with, but you DO have to push a little bit to make progress.

Other than that, are you asking how to split up your workout?

No I'm asking specifically how the New Rules of LIfting for women workouts are split. There's tables everywhere with numbers all over but I think I've figured it out now
