You can really see a huge difference! I didn't realise 10lbs would look so different as you don't notice it as much when the weight goes on - this has really inspired me to take my own pictures to look for changes. Keep the excellent work up - you're doing fantastic! :P

I started MFP March 20th, this year. I stick to a 1,200 calorie diet. The last month I've been doing the 6W6P & 30DS dvds."


Really sorry every, I meant to say 233, not 203. This is a 40lb difference with pictures, not 10lbs.
