what does everyone eat for breakfast AFTER a workout. i know most say protein but what is your fav thing to eat?

i eat egg beaters mixed with fresh onion, green pepper, and black beans. sometimes i add feta cheese, or top with salsa. it is so yummy and is full of the protein and fiber i need after my workouts and keeps me full.0
