what does everyone eat for breakfast AFTER a workout. i know most say protein but what is your fav thing to eat?

    I like breads like zucchini, or granola usually!

    Homemade apple/banana/blueberry/walnut oatmeal.
  • hard boilded eggs and some oatmeal(soon to be steel oats) and some low sodium oj :) Or you can just look of my food diary :)

    i eat egg beaters mixed with fresh onion, green pepper, and black beans. sometimes i add feta cheese, or top with salsa. it is so yummy and is full of the protein and fiber i need after my workouts and keeps me full.

    I like a greek yogurt parfait, w/ fresh strawberries and blueberries, and granola.

    6 egg whites with a little salsa and a Kroger carbmaster yogurt with raw and hulled sunflower seeds.
