    I just had a smoothie I made with a cup of no fat plain yogurt, ice, a cup of V8 Fusion Lite with a bit of sweetner and 2 tbsp ground flax. Yummeee. Only 270 cal and very healthy. It's light, rewards my sweet tooth, and the blueberry Pom V8 has fruit and vegetable servings. :smile: Calcium is very important also.

    amazing! that sounds great! thanks... I get a lot of my calcium from raw green veggies like brocolli but I could always use more!! I've seen the new V8 fusion but I've never tried it because I just assumed that I didn't need it because I like veggies and fruit individually... but that's a really neat application for it... dont mind if I steal your sweet idea?!!
