Hi all,
Just wondering if folks out there still use a rebounder for fitness? I know it's retro, but I lost 7kg using one. It also seemed to tighten up bits after pregnancy! It' a cheap and convenient way to get your exercise in and you can move your body much more as opposed to running on a treadmill ie. Twisting, punching etc.
Not sure of the calories burned as MFP does not have it listed....does anyone know?
Cheers

I like to jog on mine while watching TV.
I use my HRM to determine cals burned, though. I love both the trampoline and the HRM!0 -
I have one and use it quite a bit, it's a great piece of equipment0
