A photo diary of my meals today ...

These are photos of what I ate today.
The calories add up to 1105 ... protein 97 g ... carbs 89 g ... fat 42 g
I use smaller plates.
That is Oikos 2% Greek yogurt with pure pumpkin in case you're wondering. I added pumpkin pie spice, vanilla & splenda and stirred it up after I took the photo.
I made the eggs with egg whites.
I use butter on my veggies but only 1 pat.
I use 1 tsp of olive oil to cook my chicken.
That's light laughing cow on the ryvita and also light herb & garlic cream cheese on the other two.
I know my plan isn't going to appeal to everyone but perhaps some of you can get some ideas for your own snacks and meals.

Hi. I used 2 tsp of olive oil to sauté onion, green pepper, mushrooms and spinach and then added 1/2 cup of egg whites.
So simple and tastes great.0 -
