how record for the xbox or wii

He any one know how to record what we have burned on the wii orxbox360? we played sports for two hours.

    in the cardio section i do believe there is a "Wii" section for Wii Sports, like there's Wii Boxing, Wii Tennis etc. As for Xbox I'm not sure. I know alot of people on here suggest getting an HRM so you can get "accurate" calories...not sure if that helps or not...
