make sure to pat them dry, season with salt and pepper and sear in a pan, preferably NOT a non-stick pan. I usually make a buerre blanc sauce to go with them.
Here's a good one:

They are VERY easy to cook. (Also very easy to over cook)0 -
Anything like that I take to my Mom and have her cook since she is Betty Crocker reborn into a Spanish woman
I found a bunch of sites on how to cook but they seem pretty unhealthy. Maybe someone else will know a healthy way! My Mom usually cooks them and puts them on salads and it is amazing also maybe this? http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/baked-scallops/detail.aspx It sounds delicious! Do I get invited for dinner for trying to help :P0 -
I like to season a little then pan sear them, then add them to a vodka sauce over pasta. You can add veggies such as broccoli florets or sliced tri colored peppers to the sauce also. Either make your own vodka sauce, it's really easy and you can make it a light version too, by using fat free half and half, instead of heavy cream - or just buy a jar of ready made, there are lots of varieties out there!0
