ok so I have to take these vitamins but the calories are 30 for 2 do you guys count vitamin calorie? I'm just wondering

    Long answer/question, What kind of vitamins contain calories? I have never seen that on any of my vitamin supplements before. Just curious.

    Gummy and chewable vitamins contain calories because they have a small amount of carbs (3-4g)

    I do log my vitamins to help me remember that I took them and to help me keep track of vitamin intake. The 35 calories is not a huge deal to me.

    I take the One-A-Day gummies, and they're 10 calories for 2 gummies, and I log them. If they were 0 calories, then I probably wouldn't. But some have sugars and stuff, too, so I guess there's a good reason to, as well. :smile:
