I'm just wondering if any of you have tips or tricks to tone & firm the baby fat flap? Any creams that help? Any at-home exercises you swear by? Please share them here!!! Thanks :)

WELL. It's impossible to target one specific area to loose weight. Your best bet is to decrease your overall body fat percentage. I'm DETERMINED to get a 6 pack! From my research, I've learned that you can do countless sit ups, but you won't see any results unless you do any sort of cardio. The muscle might be there, but it's hidden under the fat that's ONLY burnable by cardio and a healthy diet. Another thing I've learned is that if you're going to do ab-toning exercises, you must make sure you are including your obliques. A million crunches will do no good if it doesn't have the support from your obliques. As far as the cream.. do you mean stretch mark cream? If so, I highly reccommend Mederma! It's amazing. Otherwise, I'm not so sure a cream would do you much good burning fat... Here's what I've been doing!
    - Restricting calories to a reasonable amout
    - Consuming food that makes me full (after a while, you realize that chocolate chip cookie was completely pointless because you're still hungry :( )
    - Strength training
    - 30 mins. of cardio every morning (research has proven that exercise before breakfast is the most efficient way to loose weight and burn fat)
    - Staying motivated (this site does a damn good job of that)

Hope this helps, good luck! Stay motivated!!

Thanks for the input :) I have been doing primarily cardio workouts, which are great for burning fat. But I just worry that they aren't actually toning the muscles UNDER the fat. And as far as cream,I was looking for some kind of skin firming something-or-another, as my stretch marks have healed & now that I'm down 62lbs I'm gaining more and more lose skin in my mid section :( but thank you, you're response was very informative and appreciated :)
