Since my injury i have not been as active and have put on sum weight. i wanna lose it and id like to know if the predictions this website gives (if everything stays green lol) are accurate.

It seems to work for me and most of my friends on here! However, since I purchased a Heart Rate Monitor, I've realized that the exercise calories burned are usually a bit over what you would really burn.
Just make sure you set your goals and lifestyle correctly. If you skateboard daily, it might benefit you to change your lifestyle from sedentary to lightly active or active and not log the skateboarding as a workout.0 -
I have found them to be accurate (on average, over time). However, you really have to know what you're doing and stay honest (portion sizes, logging everything that you put in your mouth). Some vitamins have calories. Crystal light has a small amount of calories. Don't over estimate exercise. Drink your water, et al.0
