    Well its taken me all day, but the last set just got done!!! YAY ME! (And yay to everyone else who did it too)

    I think I like mini challenges!

  • I'm in! I'm going to space it out during the day. I timed myself last week and could only do 20 in 2 minutes. My arms were like rubber!

    200 girlie push ups done!

    Only got to 3 sets of 40. But I did narrow grip bench presses

    Ended up with 50 normals, 50 "girlie", and 100 wall pushups. :happy:

    I got in 70 modified wall ones. Meaning that normal wall push ups are too easy, but when at work its hard to get on the floor due to clothing. So I pushed off the wall brought my hands away from the wall and the caught my self on the wall and repeated. That way there was more engaging of the muscles

    I did it and - as expected - I can bearly move my arms today, even though I did the girly ones... -.-

    200 - I will do my best. If I can get past 1 then I'm doing better than I have in 30 years!

    Apparently my best has to get better - I only managed 10. What can I do to strengthen my wrists as they seem to be the problem. I wasn't worn out - my arms weren't sore - just couldn't hold the weight with my wrists!
