question on 30 day shred

Since i don't have a HRM. can someone at least give me a " raugh estimate " how many calories do i burn with this workout.. for exmpl. today i did level 2 ..
I'm 238 lbs.. 27 years.. female .. and i try to give it my 100% ..
Thank you so much.. i need it for the exercise log but don't really know how much to put there i did 250 cals for 25 min- i guessed that.. but i think it could/should be a little more than that the way i sweat and ' die " on the floor

I always log it as general circuit training under cardio. Not sure if it's completely accurate but if anything I feel like its low so that's what I do. I'd hate to give myself extra credit or something like that!

I am 185 5'7 and with my HRM it says I burn between 500-700 calories it just depends on the day for me. If you have any other questions feel free to send me a messege. :drinker:0

I"m 5'2" and 135, I did lev. 1 today and burned 204 cals. according to the HRM.0

Click on the exercise tab, then hit database and put in your weight and for how long you do it for plus the type of exercise (I put it under circuit training) and it should give you a number. I'm 5'1 and 112 pds. and it says I only burn 135.
