cravings

today I woke up wanting to eat everything I shouldn't:grumble:
pepsi
dougnuts
burger king cheesy bacon wraps...
what is wrong with me today: :huh:

it isnt likei will do it :noway: but how do I avoid this without feeling deprived :sad:

    Eat something healthy first and then see how you feel. Then, if you still have the cravings choose one thing you're craving and eat a reasonable amount. Then, for the rest of the day focus on eating healthy.
