Its been 2 weeks since I started doing this workout. I cant so much as walk, sit, cough or sneeze without saying oooooouch! Its making it hard for me to get my second workout in since Im soo soar. Is this normal? Arent you suposed to get stronger not weaker? I mean dont get me wrong. I noticed yesterday that I can almost go through the whole thing without stopping but still. Does it get better? Did anybody else go through this? Keep in mind that Im an asthmatic so it takes me longer to actually get through a workout do to learning the breathing technique.

Make sure you stretch out really well at the end of the work out - it helps the muscles so much
quite often on dvds they do not give enough time to that aspect
stretch each muscle group and hold the stretches at 10 seconds then stretch a bit further for an extra 5
that should help a lot0 -
I did my first one on monday and my back is killing me where I have used muscles I don't normally (and I exercise a lot). My thighs ache too. I think it's just moving the muscles in a different way. The more you do the better you will feel but make sure you warm up and down properly0

Yes, any kind of intense workout..can be be debilitating...painful... but stretching before, after...and through out the day and the next morning..will help ease the lengthy burning pain..haha..trust me, I totally know..0
