:flowerforyou: This is my first week on the website. It's a really great website. The weight is coming off slowly. That's good. I just want to look good in clothes and be healthy.

  • Congratulations on your loss. Keep at it. The slower the better. I am actually trying for 40 pounds over the year. I love this site. IT makes journaling so easy for me. By journaling I have lost 3 pounds since the 5th of Jan. Without journaling I would have lost much less. It keeps me accountable and makes me think before I put something in my mouth.

    I also love that it tells us so much fat protein carbs sugars fiber and some of the vitamins and minerals. Wow and the fact so much is already in when I go there it is. I took my 4 year old to Taco Bell to play in the playcenter yesterday and ate fresco as it is more healthy and was shocked to learn later how much salt was in the food. And yes today I am retaining water.

    Well again congrats on joining and don't give up this is the year.

    Hi mburris welcome to you :flowerforyou: :smile: joining the site is the best thing I have done in months :tongue: as someone else said it keeps me accountable and if I cant find something in the list of foods I add it myself from the packaging.
    Please remember to allow it to be added to the full list for all MFPers to use this way it helps the food list grow and is available to us all.
    Looking forward to my weigh in on Monday hope I have lost the 2 lbs that I lost and then picked up somewhere??????:grumble:
